on a sidenote, char peiting limin brought me to the birdpark today :D
and scammed me into thinking we were going to donate blood.
(IM NOT GULLIBLE OK)
some guy in a blood donation shirt came to us at the boonlay bus interchange and asked if we were going to the blood donation drive. peiting said yes and i freaked out like mad.
turns out she has two postcards thingum which grants free entry into the birdpark because she's a blood doner :D :D
good karma :D :D
BUT I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO DONATE BLOOD. omg.
actually, come to think of it right, why would i believe that char would agree to go donate blood!
she doesn't even dare take out her earrings since she pierced her ears in sec 2.
BUT THEN AGAIN, i wasn't thinking straight!
it's understandable given the circumstance ok.
I MEAN. some guy came and asked if we were going for the blood donation drive and peiting said yes and he directed us towards this queue AND WE WENT TO QUEUE THERE.
everything points to donating blood right.!!
how was i to know it was some free entry to the birdpark thing blood doners have!
ahahaha.
but anyway i'm very happy i got to go to the birdpark HAHA i sound like a primary school kid :D
we were acting like primary school kids there anyway.
it's like every single thing we see we get excited! (for the first hour at least! after that the heat got to us and our legs hurt and we just wanna go back to jurong point to sit and get a drink xD)
OH AND THE PENGUINS ARE SO CUTE.
the baby ones especially. omg.
they are really super cute.
we saw this baby penguin standing super still, back facing us with its flippers outstretched to its sides.
it's like "airing its armpits" in limins words. hahaha
super adorable.
